Our latest group is currently in session, but pop your email down to be the first to hear when the next round is ready to sign up for!
If you have ever found yourself...
→ Wanting to bring more depth to your classes but feeling overwhelmed by the texts
→ Reading the sutras but struggling to make them feel relevant to modern practiceÂ
→ Sticking to physical cues because philosophy feels too abstractÂ
→ Worrying about sounding inauthentic when sharing deeper teachingsÂ
→ Unsure of how to bridge the gap between understanding and teaching
Â
Philosophy Club can help you to...
→ Develop a structured way to explore these teachings at your own paceÂ
→ See how these ancient teachings apply to modern life and practiceÂ
→ Find natural opportunities to weave philosophy into your classesÂ
→ Get to grips with these concepts authentically, so you can share them in your own voiceÂ
→ Build a library of resources you can return to whenever you need inspirationÂ
The theme of the next round will be:
THE JOURNEY OF YOGA
During this round of Philosophy Club, we’ll step back and look at the bigger picture of what it means to be on the path of yoga - how it starts, how it shapes us, and the moments of change and clarity that come along the way as we deepen our practice.
The sutras we will explore all reflect different parts of this journey, in a way that's less about the physical practice and more about how yoga can guide us to live and move through the world differently.
What you'll get:
↣ Four complete sets of study materials (one for each sutra), shared throughout each week
↣ Reflection prompts for personal explorationÂ
↣ In-depth essays unpacking each teaching's modern relevance from my own perspective
↣ Practical teaching suggestions and theme ideasÂ
↣ Downloadable content you can return to anytimeÂ

Philosophy study isn’t about memorising concepts or even about becoming an expert...
It took me years to figure out how to bring philosophy into my classes in a way that didn't feel forced or awkward.
This study group grew from my own journey of finding ways to really understand and work with these teachings, so that they actually make sense in real life.
I'm definitely not here as the expert telling you what everything means, but I know that the traditional texts can feel overwhelminng to dive into alone! The materials and framework within the group will hopefully make your study of each sutra a lot easier and more enjoyable.
I want you to find a way to make your philosophy practice feel just as natural as rolling out your mat and moving.
Yes, it'll take more than a quick skim of the content for it to really land, but that's the point - this is about creating and dedicating space for you to explore these teachings.Â
That way, you can make philosophy study as big a part of your practice as asana, and go on to share a deeper and more meaningful practice with your students.

JOIN THE WAITLIST...
Our next round will be kicking off in March 2025. Be the first to bag a limited community spot by joining the list...
There are 5 pay-as-you-can community spaces available in each round who would benefit from them. No evidence is needed, I just ask that you're honest in yourself about your circumstances and engage with the content to the best of your ability.
These spots are here for folks who genuinely can't stretch to the regular price right now - not for those who could afford it but would rather spend their money elsewhere. If that's you, brilliant - go ahead and grab a space. If not, please leave these spaces for those who need them 🤍
